ARCHETYPE Health thread (openEHR-EHR-ADMIN_ENTRY.health_thread.v0)

Use to define a health thread within the health record.

The intention of this archetype is to support virtual grouping of items in the health record that have a common theme or purpose. For example:

• all items related to a 'simple' condition - this archetype can be used to connect to all items related to a single problem, diagnosis or pregnancy, including history, examination findings, test results and clinical management. For example: renal disease, retinopathy management or treatment of a neuropathic foot ulcer.
• all items related to a 'compound' condition - this can be used to connect to all items related to an overarching problem or diagnosis. For example: connecting multiple aspects
  of advanced diabetes management plus the ability to connect to related 'subthreads' about renal disease, retinopathy management or treatment of a neuropathic foot ulcer caused by diabetes.

In implementations, it is anticipated this archetype will be nested within the context of appropriate persistent or episodic COMPOSITION archetypes to define each health thread. For example: COMPOSITION.pregnancy_overview to define each pregnancy or COMPOSITION.health_threads for persistent conditions.
